Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated on March 11th, 2022.

It was announced with the referred disclosure that Board of Directors decided to amend the Article 6 of the Bank's Article of Incorporation according to the new paid-in capital, to apply CMB and BRSA for the approval of amendment and following the approval of CMB and BRSA, to make the transactions of registration and announcement of capital increase.

In this context, applications were filed to the CMB on March 15th, 2022 for the approval of the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation.

According to the CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
