Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated June 22, 2023 It was announced with the referred disclosure that the issuance ceiling application up to TL 50,000,000,000 for the debt instruments has been approved with the CMB's bulletin dated June 21, 2023 and numbered 2023/36. In this context; VakıfBank has commenced the operations for the bond issuance amounting TL 277,873,655 with a maturity of 92 days to be sold qualified investors and the book building for the aforesaid bond has been completed. The transfer of the asset to the customer accounts will be done on 7.03.2024. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
