With the Bank's Board of Directors' decision dated March 27th, 2023, the Head Office were authorized to apply CMB and BRSA for the covered bond issuance up to EUR 1 billion equivalent in any currencies. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
