Bankamızca talep toplama yolu ile 03-04-05 Temmuz 2023 tarihlerinde 91 gün vadeli 200.000.000 TL nominal değerli finansman bonolarının halka arz edilmesine ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan "Özet" açıklamamız ekinde yer almaktadır.

The "Summary" approved by the Capital Markets Board, regarding the public offering of the bonds through book-building that will take place on July 3-4-5, 2023, amounting TL 200,000,000 with a maturity of 91 is enclosed herewith.
