Reference: VakıfBank public disclosure dated September 5th, 2023 It was announced with the referred disclosure that the issuance document approved by the CMB regarding the Sustainable Eurobond amounting to USD 750 million with 5 years and 1 month (due date October 12th 2028), fixed rate notes with semi-annual interest payment, the yield and the coupon rate have been set at 9.125% and 9% respectively. Accordingly, the proceeds of Sustainable Eurobond amounting to USD 750 million have been transferred to VakıfBank's accounts on September 12th, 2023. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
