Bankamızca talep toplama yolu ile 07-08-09 Kasım 2022 tarihlerinde 91 gün vadeli 200.000.000 TL nominal değerli finansman bonolarının halka arz edilmesine ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan "Özet" açıklamamız ekinde yer almaktadır.

The "Summary" approved by the Capital Markets Board, regarding the public offering of the bonds through book-building that will take place on November 7-8-9, 2022, amounting TL 200,000,000 with a maturity of 91 is enclosed herewith.
