In this context, the announcement was made in Capital Market Board dated 08.07.2021 and numbered 2021/35, regarding VakıfBank debt instruments of TL 30,000,000,000 were approved by the issuer of the issuance tender. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
