Within the issue limit of USD 750,000,000 which was approved at the CMB's meeting dated 27 April 2018, with the number of 19/546; the transaction of USD 550,000,000 has been completed on 14 March 2019. Moreover, upon completion of the book-building process, the issue, subject to Rule144A/RegS regulations was listed on the Euronext Dublin. Under the same issue limit, book-building process has been completed today for an additional USD 150,000,000 nominal value, a 7-year maturity , with the same redemption date of 14 March 2026 and same coupon rate of 6.95%. The transaction is expected to be settled on 28 March 2019 after subscription agreement is signed and order issuance certificate is obtained from the CMB. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
