08.03.2019 tarihinde yapılan Ortaklar Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısını müteakiben yapılan Yönetim Kurulunun toplantısında; Adnan Bali 'nin Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman'ın Başkan Vekilliğine seçilmesine, karar verilmiştir. İlgili duyuru olması gereken şablon üzerinden tekrar yayınlanmıştır.

Upon the division of duties performed during the meeting of the Board of Directors conducted following the Shareholders' Ordinary General Assembly Meeting convened on 8 March 2019, it was resolved that Adnan Bali be elected to Chairmanship and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman be elected to Vice Chairmanship of the Board of Directors.
