İlgi: 04.10.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklaması: Bankamızın, 500 milyon ABD Doları veya muadili yabancı para veya Türk Lirası tutarına kadar, yurt dışında, yeşil ve/veya sürdürülebilir tahvil ve/veya finansman bonosu ihraç edilmesi konusunda tavan izninin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 03.10.2024 tarihli SPK Bülteni ile onaylandığı duyurulmuştu ve ihracın tabi olduğu yabancı standartlar uyarınca hazırlanan Sürdürülebilir Finans Çerçeve Belgesi ile Çerçeve Belgesi'nin esas alınan yabancı standartlar ile uyumlu olduğuna ilişkin İkinci Taraf Görüşü yayımlanmıştı. İlgili İhraç Belgesi ektedir.

Re: The public disclosure date 04.10.2024. It was announced that The Bank's Application for the issuance of green and/or sustainable notes and/or financing bonds abroad up to an amount of 500 million US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or Turkish Lira has been approved in the CMB's Bulletin dated 03.10.2024, moreover, the Sustainabile Finance Framework Document prepared in accordance with the foreign standards to which the issuance is subject, and the Second Party Opinion regarding the compliance of the Framework Document with the aforementioned foreign standards have been disclosed. The issuance certificate is attached.
