Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 30.10.2024, the General Management of our Bank is authorized to carry out all necessary applications to all relevant institutions including Capital Markets Board, to fulfill other procedures including but not limited with the MTN program update related to the issuance, to carry out and complete all transactions with regards to the issuance of notes or bonds outside of Türkiye with the maturity and interest to be determined according to the market conditions at the date of issuance, by one or more tranches, with a total maximum amount of USD 500 million or equivalent in TL or in any other foreign currency, with fixed and/or floating interest including the debt instruments that can be taken into account in the equity calculation pursuant to the Regulation the Equity of the Banks. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
