Rekabet Kurulu'nun 17/01/2014 tarih 14-03/60-24 sayılı kararının iptali istemiyle açtığımız dava esas yönünden devam etmekte olup önemli bir gelişme yoktur, süreç ile ilgili gelişmeler ortaya çıktıkça ayrıca kamuya açıklanacaktır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The lawsuit for the cancellation of the request of Competition Board decision, dated 14/01/2014, numbered 14-03/60-24 is continuing and there is not any important development, any development within the process will be informed to the public accordingly.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
