Additional Explanations

The following decision for dividend payment of the year 2017 has been taken at the General Assembly Meeting held in the Company Headquarters.

- Following the proposal of the Company's Board of Directors, it was decided to distribute a Gross Cash Dividend of TL 3,406,452,377.60 and the dividend distribution is set to begin on Thursday, March 29th, 2018 .

On this basis, a cash dividend of gross=net TL 13,603 is to be paid for one nominal stock worth TL 1.00 at a rate of 1,360.3% to our full taxpayer corporate shareholders and limited taxpayer corporate shareholders, which are receiving dividends through a Turkey-based establishment or a permanent representative.

Other shareholders are to be paid a gross rate of 1,360.3%, a cash dividend of gross TL 13.603; and a net rate of 1,156.255%, a cash dividend of net TL 11.56255 for one nominal stock worth TL 1.00.
