Yurtiçinde halka arz edilmeksizin tahsisli ve/veya nitelikli yatırımcıya satış yöntemleriyle satılmak üzere, 1 yılık dönem içerisinde bir veya birden fazla seferde gerçekleştirilecek toplam 10.000.000.000 Türk Lirası tutarına kadar tahvil ve/veya finansman bonosu ihraç edilmesine ilişkin ihraç belgesi, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 21.12.2023 tarih ve 80/1737 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu, İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

On December 21, 2023 with decision number 80/1737 Capital Markets Board approved our issuance certificate of bonds or bills with a total amount up to TRY 10,000,000,000 within 1-year period by sale of one or several times to domestic qualified investors through sales or private placement methods without public offering. The application form, issuance certificate and its annex are attached.
