Bankamız sermayesinin 10.000.000.000 TL'den 25.000.000.000 TL'ye artırılması ile ilgili işlemler tamamlanmış olup, yeni sermaye İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiştir. Bu çerçevede tadil edilen Esas Sözleşmenin Sermaye başlıklı 5. Maddesi ekte sunulmaktadır.

Transactions for the increase of paid in capital from TRY 10,000,000,000 to TRY 25,000,000,000 is completed and the new capital is registered by Istanbul Trade Registry Office. Article 5 of the Articles of Incorporation which was amended due to the capital increase is attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
