Amendment to the article 5 of the Articles of Incorporation related to the increase of the Maximum Level of Registered Capital from TL 10 billion to TL 25 billion, the extension of the permission period of the Maximum Level of Registered Capital until the end of year 2027 is approved by the Ordinary General Assembly held on 30.03.2023.
