Article 5 (Capital) of the Articles of Incorporation of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. has been amended. The aforementioned amendment was published on the TurkeyTrade Registry Gazette dated 07.04.2023 and numbered 10807. The current version of the Articles of Incorporation, which contains the latest amendment, is attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.

Esas sözleşmemizin "Sermaye" başlıklı 5 numaralı maddesi değiştirilmiş olup, söz konusu değişiklik 07.04.2023 tarih, 10807 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır. Son değişikliği içeren yürürlükteki Bankamız Esas Sözleşmesine ekte yer verilmektedir.
