Approval of the Ministry of Trade has been obtained regarding the amendment of our Articles of Incorporation subject to our related disclosures. The amended document that will be submitted to the approval of the General Assembly is attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
