İlgi: 15.04.2021 tarihli özel durum açıklamamız.

İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamızla, Bankamız aleyhine açılan davanın 1991 tarihli Esas Sözleşme değişikliğinin butlanı talebinin esastan reddine, 31.03.2020 tarihli Genel Kurul Kararının iptali talebinin ise usulden reddine, istinaf kanun yolu açık olarak, karar verildiği duyurulmuştu.

Söz konusu davanın reddi kararı, Yargıtay kararı ile kesinleşmiştir.

With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the Court decided on the dismissal of the demand for the cancellation of the amendment of Articles of Incorporation made in 1991 according to the merits of the case, and the demand for the cancellation of the resolution taken in General Meeting dated 31.03.2020 in accordance with the procedural law. The decision of the Court of First Instance has been appealable by the plaintiff.

Dismissal decision of the aforementioned lawsuit has been finalized by the decision of the Supreme Court.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
