Reference: Public disclosures of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 03.11.2025 and 17.12.2025. With the related public disclosures, it was announced that İşbank made the necessary application to Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMBT) regarding to issuance of TL borrowing instruments up to TL 25 billion domestically, that meet the criteria for the inclusion in Additional Tier-1 capital and Tier-2 capital in accordance with the relevant legislation, in batches, with various terms, yields and amounts. Our application has been aprroved by Capital Markets Board of Türkiye and the approval is published in the CMBT's weekly bulletin dated 08.01.2026, numbered 2026/1. The Issue Document and Application Form approved by the CMBT will be published after those documents reaches our Bank.
