İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile yurt dışında İTMK ihracı gerçekleştirilebilmesine ilişkin Bankamızca SPK'ya yapılan başvurunun 2023/81 sayılı SPK Bülteni'nde onaylandığı duyurulmuştu.

Bu doğrultuda İTMK ihraç limitine ilişkin SPK tarafından onaylanan İhraç Belgesi'ne ekte yer verilmektedir.

With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the application to the CMB made by İşbank regarding the issuance of mortgage covered bonds outside Türkiye, was approved as published in the CMB Bulletin numbered 2023/81.

In this respect, the CMB approved issuance certificate for the issuance limit of aforementioned mortgage covered bonds is herewith attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
