İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile Bankamızca yurt dışında ihraç edilmek üzere, toplamda 5 milyar ABD Doları veya Türk Lirası da dahil diğer para birimlerinde muadili tutara kadar, sabit ve/veya değişken faizli, bir veya birden fazla seferde; Bankaların Özkaynaklarına İlişkin Yönetmelik'te belirtilen niteliklere sahip ve özkaynak hesaplamasına dahil edilecek borçlanma araçları da dahil olmak üzere tahvil veya bono ihraç edilmesine ilişkin olarak gerekli işlemlerin yapılması konusunda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulduğu duyurulmuştu.

Bu doğrultuda ihraç limiti onaylanmış olup, limite ilişkin SPK tarafından onaylanan İhraç Belgesi'ne ekte yer verilmektedir.

With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the necessary application had been made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the issuance of bonds or notes including subordinated debt and other form of debts that can be included in the equity calculation pursuant to the Equity Regulation; outside of Turkey, by one or more issuances, with a total amount of USD 5 billion or equivalent in TL or in any other foreign currency, with fixed and/or floating interest.

The issuance certificate for the above mentioned borrowing instruments has been approved by the Capital Markets Board. In this respect, the CMB approved issuance certificate for the issuance limit is herewith attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
