İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile Bankamız Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) programının 7 milyar ABD Doları limit ile güncellendiği duyurulmuştu. Bankamız, söz konusu programın 2023 yılı senelik güncellemesini aynı tutar ile tamamlamıştır.

With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) Programme of İşbank was updated with a size of USD 7 billion. İşbank finalized the 2023 annual update of the Programme with the same size.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
