Reference: Public disclosure of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 16.05.2023. With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the Board of Directors has decided to issueTRY denominated green and/or sustainable debt instruments up to TRY 3 billion nominal domestically, within the scope of the "Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, in batches, with various terms, yields and amounts; and the Head Office has been authorized for the determination of all conditions and execution of operations with related institutions regarding the debt issuance which will be available for qualified investors only. In accordance with the related resolution İşbank made the necessary application to Capital Markets Board. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
