İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Yönetim Kurulu'nun, yurt dışında ihraç edilmek üzere, Bankaların Özkaynaklarına İlişkin Yönetmelik'te belirtilen niteliklere sahip ve özkaynak hesaplamasına dahil edilecek borçlanma araçları da dahil olmak üzere yeşil ve/veya sürdürülebilir tahvil, bono ve borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ilişkin olarak gerekli işlemlerin yapılması konusunda Genel Müdürlüğü yetkili kıldığı duyurulmuştu.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından söz konusu borçlanma araçlarına ilişkin ihraç belgesi onaylanmış olup, onaylı ihraç belgesine, ihracın tabi olduğu yabancı standartlar uyarınca hazırlanan Sürdürülebilir Finans Çerçeve Belgesi'ne ve Çerçeve Belgesi'nin esas alınan yabancı standartlar ile uyumlu olduğuna ilişkin ikinci taraf görüşüne ekte yer verilmiştir.

With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the Head Office had been authorized to take the necessary actions with regard to the issuance of green and/or sustainable bonds, notes and borrowing instruments including the borrowing instruments that can be taken into account in the equity calculation pursuant to the Equity Regulation; outside of Turkey.

The issuance certificate for the above mentioned borrowing instruments has been approved by the Capital Markets Board. The related issuance certificate, the Sustainability Finance Framework Document prepared in accordance with the foreign standards to which the issuance is subject, and the second party opinion regarding the compliance of the Framework Document with the aforementioned foreign standards are included in the attachment.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
