Bankamız Yönetim Kurulu'nun borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin 06.09.2021 tarihli kararı kapsamında gerçekleştirilecek olan 300 milyon Türk Lirası nominal değerli 123 gün vadeli finansman bonosu halka arzına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan "Sermaye Piyasası Aracı Notu" ekte yer almaktadır.

İlgili talep toplama işlemi 4-5-6 Temmuz 2022 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilecektir.

Within the framework of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of İşbank dated 06.09.2021 on the issuance of borrowing instruments, the Capital Market Instrument Note related to the public offering of İşbank's bills with a nominal value of TL 300 million and with a term of 123 days, which was certified by the Capital Markets Board is attached hereto.

The book building will be realized on 4-5-6 July 2022.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish -public disclosure shall prevail.
