Bankamızca yurt içinde 3 milyar Türk Lirası nominal değere kadar Türk Lirası cinsinden yapılandırılmış borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ilişkin başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 24.11.2022 tarih, 69/1682 sayılı toplantısında onaylanmış olup, 2022/65 sayılı SPK bülteni ile duyurulmuştur. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan Yapılandırılmış Borçlanma Araçları İhraç Belgesi ve ilgili Başvuru Formu ekte yer almaktadır.

Our application regarding to issuance of Turkish Lira structured debt instruments up to TRY 3.000.000.000 nominal value domestically, has been approved by Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMBT) at the meeting dated 24.11.2022, numbered 69/1682 and published in the CMBT's weekly bulletin numbered 2022/65.  The Issuance Certificate and Application Form regarding the Structured Debt Instruments, approved by Capital Markets Board are attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
