Bankamız Yönetim Kurulu'nca Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Sayın Can Yücel'in Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş.'de üstleneceği görev nedeniyle Bankamızdaki görevinden ayrılmasına, Sayın H. Cahit Çınar'ın ise Bankamız Genel Müdür Yardımcılığı görevine atanmasına karar verilmiştir.

Within the framework of the resolutions made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Board of Directors, it has been decided that Deputy Chief Executive Mr. Can Yücel will resign from his position due to his assignment at Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş.. On the other hand Mr. H. Cahit Çınar has been assigned as Deputy Chief Executive.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
