Şirketimizin 1 Ocak 2020 – 31 Aralık 2020 hesap dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan TMS/TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan ve Güreli Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Bağımsız Denetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarına göre oluşan dönem karından (5.407.503 TL, Yasal Kayıtlara göre -298.196,09 TL) yasal yedek akçe ayrılmasından sonra kalan kısmın Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kâr Payı Tebliği'nde yer alan esaslar ile Şirketimizin Ana Sözleşmesi'nde bulunan hükümler ve Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmış olan kâr dağıtım politikası çerçevesinde, Şirketimizin mali bünyesinin güçlendirilmesi ve yeni finansman ihtiyacı yaratılmaması amacıyla, olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasına, kar payı dağıtılmamasına karar verilmiştir.
