1 Ocak 2019 – 31 Aralık 2019 hesap dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan TMS/TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan ve MGI Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarına göre oluşan dönem karından (Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre 2.323.147 TL, Yasal Kayıtlara göre 899.480,04 TL) yasal yedek akçe ayrılmasından sonra kalan kısmın Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kâr Payı Tebliği'nde yer alan esaslar ile Şirketimizin Ana Sözleşmesi'nde bulunan hükümler ve Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmış olan kâr dağıtım politikası çerçevesinde, Şirketimizin mali bünyesinin güçlendirilmesi ve yeni finansman ihtiyacı yaratılmaması amacıyla, olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasına, kar payı dağıtılmamasına karar verilmiştir.
