Borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ilişkin SPK'ya yaptığımız başvuru, 27 Nisan 2023 tarih ve 24/523 karar ile onaylanmıştır. Söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu, Onaylı İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır.

Our application to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") regarding the issuance of debt instrument was approved* on April 27, 2023 with the decision number 24/523.
