Announcement Regarding the Change in Organizational Structure

In order to simplify organizational structure and to increase efficiency, “Turkcell Customer Experience Management” and “Information and Communication Technologies” functions have been merged and Serkan Öztürk, who has been serving as “Executive Vice President of Information and Communication Technologies” has been appointed as “Executive Vice President of Customer Experience and Information Technologies”. In addition, Doğuş Kuran, who previously held the position of “Executive Vice President of Customer and Experience Management”, will continue to work in our Group as the “General Manager” of Turkcell Europe GmbH, one of our subsidiaries.
