Announcement Regarding the Incorporation of a Company in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus which will be Operating as an Internet Service Provider

Our Board of Directors have approved incorporation of a company in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) by our wholly-owned subsidiary Kıbrıs Mobile Telekomünikasyon Limited based in TRNC with a paid-in capital of USD 100,000 (or equivalent in other currencies). This company will offer services as an internet service provider.
