Subject : Statement made pursuant to Communique II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board

Our Company’ s CEO, Kaan Terzioğlu, has submitted his reasoning wit h regards to the suspension of his participation to the Turkish Football Federation (“TFF”) Board of Directors meetings within the scope of TFF Statute Article 34 Item 5 and Article 36 Item 3, until completion of the Super League live broadcasting tender process to be renewed in June 2017, and the signing of the agreement with the new broadcaster.
