Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 08.06.2022 tarihli toplantısında aşağıdaki kararlar alınmıştır:

Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirket ana sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikası dikkate alınarak; bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 31.12.2021 tarihli konsolide finansal tablolara göre 1.204.233.000 TL tutarındaki net dönem karından 5.164.765 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra 2021 yılına ilişkin net dağıtılabilir dönem karı 1.199.068.235 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Şirket'in Kar Dağıtım Politikası doğrultusunda 800.000.000 TL tutarında pay sahiplerine brüt nakit kar payı dağıtılması, 78.387.459 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılması ve nakit kar payı ödemesine 3 Ağustos 2022 tarihinden itibaren başlanması hususlarının Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında görüşülerek karara bağlanmasına karar verilmiştir.
