Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirket ana sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikası dikkate alınarak; bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 31.12.2019 tarihli konsolide finansal tablolara göre 437.459.000 TL tutarındaki net dönem karından 13.545.363 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan ve 150.000 TL tutarındaki bağışlar dikkate alındıktan sonra 2019 yılına ilişkin net dağıtılabilir dönem karı 424.063.637 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Bununla birlikte, covid-19 salgınının ekonomik etkileri dikkate alınarak 2019 yılına ilişkin kar payı dağıtılmamasına, 13.545.363 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra 423.913.637 TL tutarındaki net dağıtılabilir karın geçmiş yıllar karlarına eklemesine ilişkin teklifin Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
