Additional Explanations

In accordance with the Capital Market Board's Communique II-22.1 on Share Buy-backs and the related announcement dated 14.02.2023, in order to contribute to the fair price formation of our share, our Board of Directors decided to launch a share buy-back program. Board Decision was disclosed on Public Disclosure Platform on the same date.

Within the scope of the share buy-back program, THYAO shares with TL 390,800 nominal value were bought back on February 17, 2023 within a price range of TL 136.60 – TL 141.00 (weighted average of TL 140.16) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by Our Incorporation.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares have reached TL 390,800 which represents 0.0283% of the Incorporation's capital, following the transaction.
