Esas sözleşmemizin Sermaye ve Paylar başlıklı 6.maddesi değiştirilmiş olup, söz konusu değişiklik 24 Haziran 2015 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 30 Haziran 2015 tarihli Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayınlanmıştır. Son değişikliği içeren yürürlükteki esas sözleşmemiz ekte verilmektedir.

English version of the disclosure is stated below:

Article 6 of the Articles of Association namely  Capital and Share Certificates has been amended and registered by İstanbul Trade Registry Office on June 24, 2015 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on June 30, 2015. The amended Articles of Association is attached.

Note: In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
