Turbon AG Nine-month Report 2009 and Outlook Financials 2009

Sales of the Turbon Group in the first 9 months of 2009 were Euro 67.7
million. Consequently, sales are down by Euro 6.6 million compared to the
first 9 months of 2008, but within the planned target range. Earnings
before interest and taxes (EBIT) were Euro 4.5 million in the first 9
months compared to Euro 3.4 million in the same period of the previous
year. Also due to the substantially improved financial result, Result from
ordinary operations was Euro 3.9 million (previous year: Euro 2.3 million)
and Group net income was Euro 2.2 million (previous year: Euro 1.5
million). We forecast sales of Euro 85.0 million for the year 2009 in
total. Both Result from ordinary operations and Group net income as of
September 30, 2009 exceeded our forecast as well as last years numbers for
the same period. Even with lower sales due to the loss of business with
Staples/Corporate Express we expect positive results for the fourth quarter
of 2009. We therefore forecast our results for 2009 to exceed our previous
expectations and to considerably surpass last year's results. Our published
outlook for 2010 (semi-annual report 2009) remains unchanged. The complete
