Turbon AG – Approval Financial Statement 2007

Turbon AG: Dividend
Dividend: At the Supervisory Board Meeting held on April 22, 2008 the
annual financial statements of Turbon AG as well as the consolidated
financial statements of the Turbon Group for the financial year 2007 were
approved. Supervisory Board and Executive Board decided to propose a
dividend of Euro 0.50 (previous year: Euro 0.00) per no-par share to the
Annual Meeting of Shareholders taking place in Hattingen on June 19, 2008.
This proposal should be understood as a subsequent payment of dividend for
2006 as well as the dividend payment for 2007. Management and Supervisory
Board are in agreement that the achieved improvements in 2007 will have a
lasting positive effect on the earnings and financial position as well as
net worth of the Turbon Group. The full Annual Report for the fiscal year
2007 can be requested from April 30, 2008 at Turbon AG (Sekretariat,
Ruhrdeich 10, 45525 Hattingen). You will also find the report on the
