The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Turbon AG: Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 23rd, 2005 During today’s annual shareholder meeting in Düsseldorf the following information has been given to the Turbon shareholders: Turbon AG and Adsero Corp. today entered into a share purchase agreement. According to the agreement Adsero Corp. will purchase all of the 400,000 shares of treasury stock held by Turbon AG before July 29th, 2005 with a portion of 71,500 shares having been purchased on June 23rd, 2005. Parallel to this agreement Turbon and Adsero entered into a strategic supply agreement which makes Turbon the strategic supplier for laser cartridges to Adsero. Adsero plans to make a public offer to all Turbon shareholders to buy their Turbon shares at a price of 14.00 US Dollar per share. It’s Adsero’s intent to make the offer upon completion of an IPO and listing at the TSX (Toronto Stock Exchange). Adsero plans to file the respective prospectus with the TSX before July 29th, 2005.
