Proposal for net profit distribution for the fiscal year 2021

In the Board of Directors' meeting of 24.03.2022 for approval of the financial statements for the fiscal year 2021, the Board of Directors of Turbomecanica SA has decided to propose to the Ordinary General meeting of shareholders the following distribution for the net profit related to the fiscal year 2021 as follows and considering the below context:

1. Considering the above context, the net profit of the year 2021, in amount of 11.749.227,44 lei will be distributed on the following destinations:

a) Covering the losses for previous years,
amounting to :	1.644.971,32 lei
b) Gross total dividend distribution, amounting to	10.104.256,12 lei
representing a gross amount of 0,02735 lei/share
