I. Important events to be reported

A. Turbomecanica SA, through the president of the Board of Directors, under the provisions of the EGMS decision no 70 of 14.05.2012 has finalized the sale pf the real estate property of the Company located in Dragomirești Vale, parcel 51/2, Ilfov Conty, by concluding the sale purchase agreement authenticated under no 698 of 12.04.2018 by Societatea profesionala Notariala "Nedelcu si Asociatii". The sale price is Euro 1.472.595 , in lei equivalent at the exchange rate communicated by BNR at the date of the sale, VAT simplified measures being applicable, fully paid at the date of the signature of the contract.
