Turaco Gold Limited (ASX: TCG) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Turaco Gold Limited (‘TCG’) will be halted at the request of TCG, pending the release of an announcement by TCG.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 June 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

TCG’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Turaco Gold Limited ( ASX | TCG ) (‘ Turaco ’ or the ‘ Company’ ) requests that a trading halt be applied to the Company’s securities immediately under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising. The Company provides the following additional information:

1. The Company expects the trading halt will last until the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 June 2025;

2. The Company expects an announcement in relation to the abovementioned capital raising will end the trading halt;

3. The Company confirms there is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, or that ASX has requested; and

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
