RELEASE FROM ESCROW

The Directors of Tungsten Mining NL advise that on 13 December 2014 the following securities will be released from escrow:

31,850,000 ordinary fully paid shares 15,000,000 options exercisable at $0.40 on or before 30 June 2016

The Company will apply to ASX for quotation of the ordinary fully paid shares to be released.
