Board Changes

Tungsten Mining NL (“TGN” or the “Company”) announces the resignation of Mr Patrick McManus as Chairman and a director of the Company.

The board have elected non-executive director, Mr Gary Lyons to replace Mr McManus as Chairman.

Mr McManus was a founding director of Tungsten Mining and as Chairman has overseen the Company’s listing on ASX in 2012 and the development of the Company and its project interests. Mr McManus has resigned to allow him to concentrate on his other business interests.

Mr Lyons said, “We are very grateful of the contribution that Patrick has made to the development of the Company during his time as a director. The completion of recent changes to board structure and management provide an opportune time for Patrick to step down and allows for a further consolidation of the board.”

There is no intention to fill the casual vacancy created by the retirement of Mr McManus as a director.
