Board Changes

Tungsten Mining NL (“TGN” or the “Company”) announces that Non-executive director Mr David Sanders has advised his intention to resign as a director of the Company.

The resignation will take effect from 31 March 2015 and there is no intention to fill the casual vacancy created by the retirement of Mr Sanders as a director.

The Chairman, Mr Gary Lyons thanked Mr Sanders for the contribution he has made to the governance of the Company during his time as a director.
