APPPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

The Company would like to advise the appointment of Mr Gary Lyons, to the Board of Tungsten Mining NL, as a non-executive director.

Mr Lyons is a successful and well respected Perth based businessman and is a shareholder and Managing Director of the Heiniger Groups Australasian operations - a position he has occupied for the last 25 years.

Mr Lyons occupies a number of public office roles, he is currently Chairman of Golden West Resources Limited an Australian based iron ore explorer and Chairman of West Peak Iron Limited an ASX listed entity boasting iron ore assets in Western Australia and Liberia.

Mr Lyons will be paid from the non-executive director pool of remuneration previously approved by shareholders.
