Resignation of a director

Tungsten Mining NL (TGN, or the “Company”) wish to advise that Mr Paul Berndt has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the company with immediate effect.

Company chairman, Pat McManus has thanked Paul for his contribution, saying

“Paul was a founding director and was instrumental in listing TGN in 2012. He has been a staunch supporter of the Company and his deep knowledge of the industry has been an invaluable management asset. Paul’s experience led TGN to recognise of the value of the Kilba deposit, which is now progressing to feasibility study. I extend my personal thanks, and that of the TGN board, to Paul for his efforts. All of the TGN management team would like to wish Paul well for the future, knowing that his support will remain long after his retirement from the board.

As a result of this resignation resolution 2 of the AGM notice of meeting is withdrawn and will not be voted upon.
