Gascoyne Project

• Gascoyne Project consists of 178km[2 ] of granted tenements.

• Known tungsten occurrences at Kilba, Loves Find and Whiskey Pool.

• Work on Kilba in 2012/2013 defined a Maiden Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource at Zone 8 and 11.

• In 2014 TGN has completed a phased drilling program consisting of 114 RC and 13 diamond holes.

• Results from Phase 1 confirm continuity of mineralisation at Zones 8 and 11.

• Phase 2 completed and awaiting final results.

Kilba Project – Phase 1 Drilling

• In August/September TGN completed 53 reverse circulation (RC) hole to infill key high-grade areas at Zone 11 and conduct first-pass drilling of Zone 8 and 12 (Refer to ASX announcement; 7 October 2014).

• Results from drilling confirm continuity of tungsten mineralisation at Zones 8 and 11.

• Drilling at Zone 12 intersected multiple zones of weak scheelite mineralisation over 250m of strike.

• Results from Phase 1 drilling are discussed in the following slides.

Phase 1 – Zone 11

• Phase 1 drilling at Zone 11 consisted of infilling sections to a 40 metre spacing for high-grade zones of the Mineral Resource.

• Drilling confirmed continuity of high-grade tungsten mineralisation and justified completion of infill drilling over the entire 1.2 kilometres of strike at Zone 11.

• Tungsten mineralisation is associated with multiple narrow skarns typically 0.3 to 3 metres thick that form intersections .

• up to a maximum of 15 metres greater than 0.10% WO3

• At the eastern end of Zone 11 mineralisation is associated with typically high-grade zones that dip steeply towards the south (Section C-D).

• In the Central and Western domains tungsten is associated with multiple low – medium grade zones dipping moderate to shallowly towards the southwest (Section A-B)

• Seven holes for 726m were drilled in Phase 1 and intersected thick zones of tungsten mineralisation (Section E–F).

• Geological mapping identified strike extensions to Zone 8 and indicates excellent potential to increase the Zone 8 Mineral Resource.

• A total of 9 holes for 841m were drilled over 250m of strike and intersected multiple zones of weak scheelite mineralisation.

Kilba – Phase 2 Drilling

• A total of 62 RC holes (5087m) and 13 diamond holes (685m) were drilled in October/November 2014.

• Phase 2 drilling has completed the 40 metre spaced drill out of the Strategic Planning Envelope defined by CSA Global at Zone 8 and Zone 11.

• Diamond drilling was designed to achieve the following:  Twinning of RC holes

• Large diameter core to collect material for metallurgical testwork

• Collect geological data to assist interpretation and resource modelling.

• This drilling was completed in mid-November and final results are awaited.

Work Forward Program

• Update of geological model for Kilba based on Phase 1 and 2 drilling and Mineral Resource Update (December)

• Completion of Sighter Metallurgical test work program at Nagrom

• Finalise feasibility study scope and commission process design and metallurgical test work

• Progress environmental approvals for mining activities

• Advance planning and preparation for exploration at Kilba and Loves Find on high priority targets in 2015
